What to include
To help us respond quickly, please include as much of the following as applies:
- A clear description of the issue or request.
- The SMTP host, port, and security mode you were testing (never send us your password).
- The relevant lines from the live transcript — credentials are already redacted, so it is safe to copy and paste.
- Your browser and operating system if you are reporting a UI problem.

A note on email delivery
SMTP Tester verifies SMTP submission — it cannot diagnose why a specific message landed in spam or failed delivery for your account with a third-party provider. For provider-specific account issues, your email provider's support is the best first stop. Our guides cover the most common authentication and connection problems.
